Dikir Opening Ceremonies in conjunction with the Maulidur Rasul celebration were also held in the three other districts.

In Belait District, the Dikir Opening Ceremony was focused at Kampung Sungai Teraban Mosque, Kuala  Belait.  Among those present were Awang Haji Amirol Hafidzin bin Haji Muhammad, Acting Belait District Officer and Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Mohd Salleh bin Haji Othman, member of the Legislative Council.

Meanwhile in Tutong District, the function took place at Pengiran Muda Abdul Wakeel Mosque in Kiudang.  Present, Awang Haji Mohammad Sofian bin Haji Basri, Acting Tutong District Officer.

Utama Mohammad Salleh Mosque in Bangar Town was the focal point of the ceremony in Temburong District. Present were Awang  Hassan  Baha bin  Haji  Umar, Acting Temburong District Officer and Yang  Berhormat  Haji  Awang  Sulaiman Bin  Haji  Nasir, Member of the Legislative Council.
